NEW LEADERSHIP ACCELERATOR

You know what is technically right. But why isn’t everyone on board?

Strong arguments suddenly aren’t enough. Conversations unfold differently than expected, people set different priorities, and you start asking yourself: What is mine to influence, what belongs to the other person—and how do I genuinely bring people together around a shared direction?

You want to succeed and shape your career intentionally. At the same time, you realise that the next step requires different skills: leading yourself, changing perspective, building trust, and influencing without applying pressure.

This human side of leadership is something you can learn—with or without a title.

WHEN EXPERTISE ALONE IS NO LONGER ENOUGH

When expertise alone does not move people.

You may be thinking: The direction is clear—why doesn’t everyone simply get on board? What seems logical becomes complex when people work together. They see different risks, pursue different interests, or need something else before they can trust the direction. Development begins when you do more than argue your case more effectively and start genuinely understanding other perspectives.

01

What should I address—and when?

The key question: Do I need to be clear now—or listen first?

In the Accelerator: You bring real conversations and tensions into the room and try out specific ways of responding.

In everyday work: You can address what matters earlier without causing unnecessary harm.

02

What is mine to influence—and what is not?

The key question: Is this my pattern, a team issue, or an organisational obstacle?

In the Accelerator: You learn to separate the different levels and assess your scope for action realistically.

In everyday work: You take responsibility for your part without carrying everything.

03

How do I come across—and how do I want to lead?

The key question: How can I provide direction and exert influence without overriding myself or others?

In the Accelerator: You receive honest feedback on your impact, your strengths, and the patterns you fall into under pressure.

In everyday work: You develop your own approach to leadership instead of mentally delegating people leadership to a title or someone else.

Always part of the programme: Training and exercises, coaching and mentoring, two personal 1:1 sessions, transfer between sessions, and a certificate of participation.

“Today, I can take a step back.”

“Today I know that I can first take a step back and analyse the situation: What is happening right now? How do I want to respond? And how can I communicate so that others understand what I want?”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

All sessions take place online.

All sessions are held via video conference, so you can participate conveniently from anywhere.

Plan for an average of 2–3 hours per week.

This includes the live group sessions, reflection, practical application in everyday situations, and the two personal 1:1 sessions.

The programme combines training, coaching, exercises, and direct application in your everyday life.

This ensures sustainable change and not just knowledge gathering or one-time practicing. We start with a training on the model of D, I, S, and G and your personal behavior profile. This will be the basis for practicing, deepening your leadership style and developing yourself further throughout the program and beyond.

A lifelong network and community.

During the program, you can bring all your questions to the live sessions or our cohort WhatsApp group. You remain part of the community for life.

Each cohort currently has a maximum of 15 participants.

We are currently learning what group size creates the best balance of exchange, individual learning, group perspectives, practice, and quality of outcomes.

You can apply during a personal conversation.

A short conversation helps us ensure that each cohort is a good mutual fit. If you prefer to apply by video, that is also possible. Simply send us a short email and we will share the details.

This offer is designed for companies.

Many participants are funded by their employer. Self-funding is also possible and may generally be tax-deductible. The same may apply to current or future founders. If you are a solopreneur, funding of up to 90% may be available through the KOMPASS program. We can clarify the relevant options during the application process.

Yes. At the end of the program, you will receive a certificate of participation.

We are happy to confirm your participation, for example for your employer, investors, clients, or your  job application processes.

WHY THE NLA EXISTS

People should not have to learn responsibility through avoidable conflict.

In my first leadership role, I had extensive professional expertise, but no protected space to reflect on difficult situations. Later, across different environments, I repeatedly saw what happens when rigid thinking meets growing responsibility and training, coaching, or mentoring are missing: conversations are avoided, conflicts harden, and committed people lose confidence.

The New Leadership Accelerator grew out of this recurring pattern. I want to offer you the support that I – and many others – would have needed earlier: personal, practical, and closely connected to what is really happening right now.

Where are you now and what will genuinely move you forward?

In a complimentary 30-minute leadership clarity session, we look at your current impact, your leadership skills, and your goals. You receive an external perspective on what you already bring, where your greatest leverage may lie, and which next development step appears most useful.

This conversation is neither an assessment of your suitability nor a commitment to the programme. It is a first, well-founded review of where you currently stand.
