Shape roles yourself
I did not wait for development to be prescribed from the outside. I took responsibility, opened up new areas of work and grew into each role step by step.
Learn and apply
Training was never about collecting certificates for a drawer. I learned, experimented, reflected and improved — in everyday work, with my own coaches and through direct experience.
Connect people and systems
Meaningful development needs both: an honest look at your own behavior and an understanding of team, culture and organization. This connection shapes my work today.
Other countries taught me not to mistake my own perspective for the only one.
International collaboration and travel have broadened how I see people. When familiar approaches stop working, genuine listening begins: What does the other person see that I have not yet noticed? I bring this mindset into every coaching engagement and every change initiative.

More than 20 years of experience in projects, organizations and change form the foundation of my work. My qualifications are not a collection of titles, but tools for understanding people, teams and systems with nuance.

I work on myself first.
I continuously invest in coaching, reflection and new experiences. My own coaches, my experiences within the Tony Robbins Platinum Partner community and honest learning in everyday life help me not only talk about development, but live it myself.
Travel, sailing and tennis are part of my life.
I love being on the move, discovering new things and stretching my boundaries. On the water, on the tennis court and while traveling, I experience presence, adaptability and courage in practice — the same qualities I strengthen through coaching.
Taking responsibility for disadvantaged children and families.
For me, responsibility does not end in business. I am particularly committed to disadvantaged children and families — where tangible support creates new possibilities.
During a house-building project for a single mother in Mexico, I joined others in creating a safe home for her family.
In Asia, I support trafficked girls as they process traumatic experiences and build a path toward a better life — financially and through volunteer work.
