My work draws on more than 20 years of experience in projects, organisations and transformation, including nine years as an independent coach and consultant.
In Tech and IT environments, I repeatedly see the same pattern: brilliant specialists take on responsibility without ever being taught how to defuse conflict, win people over or provide direction when the path is uncertain. My work begins precisely at that gap.
