Backstory
Susanne is the founder of Coaching For Enterprises. She is a Systemic Personal and Business Coach and works with employees, executives and teams on exactly those personal issues that bring them elementary and sustainable progress in their daily business (and beyond).
The systemic approach and coaching attitude have strongly influenced her and complement her practical experience in international project management and organizational development consulting. In her role as Agile Coach and Scrum Master, she has conducted many team retrospectives, provided impetus and brings her practical experience from more than 16 years of project work in various industries to her coaching sessions.
