The program is based on coaching and exchange in the group, supplementary 1:1 coaching sessions and training with Susanne as coach and mentor.

Summary of the program content:
Start: 1 training session on the personality model according to D, I, S and G
9x weekly group video calls (training/exercises, live group coaching and mentoring)
2x 30min 1:1 coaching on the personality profiles including
1 personal behavioral profile with over 50-page individual descriptions of your behavior in a situation/role of your choice (e.g. as a colleague, trainer, expert, etc.) e.g. as a colleague, trainer, expert, etc.)
1 personal leadership behavior profile on your behavior as a manager and over 60-page descriptions on leadership topics such as motivating and leading others, interaction, your role in the team, etc.

The program is designed to support new managers in a practical and timely manner in a group and on a 1:1 basis. This requires approx. 3-5 hours per week.
The beta version of the New Leadership Accelerator program costs €849 net for companies and self-employed. If you are booking as a private individual, please ask for the self-pay price.
Participants agree that the coaching sessions may be recorded and reused for further training purposes. In the beta version, participants provide regular feedback and a testimonial on the program/coach.
