- Coaching sessions are conducted exclusively remotely, preferably as video calls. Telephone coaching is also available on request. The Coaching is supported by digital tools and other resources as needed.
- In each session, the topic to be worked on can be changed or taken up anew. The coach guides through the session with questions and impulses to achieve the coachee’s goals. The coachee is responsible for the implementation.
There are many ways and means to make progress in coaching. The coach leads through the sessions, asks questions and gives impulses. The coachee implements the topics for him/herself and at his/her own pace.
