The program is based on coaching and exchange in the group, supplementary 1:1 coaching sessions and training with Susanne as coach and mentor.

The LeaderS program is aimed at new managers or managers who want to deepen their leadership skills and further develop their potential. The program is aimed at managers at all levels who lead their own team or are about to take on a management position.
No previous experience is necessary. The program is designed precisely to accompany new managers from the very beginning and to set them up to lead them and their team(s) to success.
The program is 10 weeks long.
The program helps new managers to get to know themselves better, to refine their leadership style and to better develop and reach their teams.

The prerequisite is that the participants provide feedback and ideas/wishes for the (further) development of the program content. The costs are thus reduced to an absolute minimum. The value of the program is multiplied many times over by the individual and group sessions and the high-quality personality profiles alone.
In the final step, we talk directly to make sure that the program is right for you. You can ask further questions and also provide input on what you would like to see in the program.
